Emma Lou Campbell, age 84, of Oceanside, California, passed away on May 13, 2023. She is remembered with love by her many family members and friends.

Emma Lou attended school in Bamberg, Germany (1946–1948) and had been a member of the Overseas Brats community since 1998. She will be fondly remembered by fellow Brats who shared in those early overseas experiences.
