On-site at the Marriott
Urban Spur & Bar — The hotel’s signature restaurant serving American fare for breakfast, lunch, dinner, cocktails, and more.
Corner Pantry — A 24/7 grab-and-go spot in the lobby with snacks, drinks, and quick bites.

Who can attend the Worldwide Gathering of Brats?

The Gathering welcomes military brats from every branch, era, and location, whether in the United States or overseas. Spouses and guests are invited to join with registration.
All schools. All brats. All years.

What should we wear?

Casual and comfortable is perfect for daytime activities.

Thursday’s Spurs & Pearls calls for jeans, boots, and pearls. Saturday’s Masquerade Evening is your chance to dress your best and perhaps add a mask (it is a masquerade, after all!). The mask feels especially fitting — many of us may not have known one another before this Gathering.

Please skip T-shirts and cutoffs. Think masquerade mystery — not Halloween.

Are meals included?

The Comprehensive Registration Fee includes dinner at Thursday’s Spurs & Pearls banquet and Saturday’s Masquerade Evening, along with snacks in the Teen Club Hospitality Room.

Is transportation available?

Yes. Grapevine provides a shuttle serving Irving airport hotel properties, including the DFW Airport Marriott. Grapevine Shuttle 

Accessibility

The Dallas/Fort Worth Airport Marriott offers accessibility features, including wheelchair-accessible entrances, parking, and elevators.

The National Medal of Honor Museum in Arlington, TX, is fully accessible to guests of all abilities.
